Aktuell suchen wir einen erfahrenen Product Manager mit Erfahrung in der Finanz- und Versicherungsbranche für ein junges Start-Up. Wir arbeiten schon seit gut 18 Monaten in dieser Projektumgebung mit und kennen das Team sehr gut und haben bisher durchweg positives Feedback erhalten

? Dauer: 1. Beauftragung min 3 Monate

? Budget: € /Tag
? Standort: Remote | max. 1 Woche onsite pro Monat
Skills:
? Gather and analyse business requirements from our actuary, claims and finance teams (in all kind of combinations of these functions)
? Conceptualise, and design simple tech or non-tech solutions to improve internal processes in line with the company strategy and vision
? Lead a cross-functional squad of highly skilled professionals with a diverse background to deliver on goals within time
? Jointly turn high-level vision into specific, detailed product features and technical specifications
? Analyse processes and data to identify gaps, bottlenecks and untapped data sources to optimise or automate internal workflows
Die Rolle
? Have extensive experience with agile software development, requirements analysis and working with cross-functional teams
? Are a leader, enjoy and value teamwork, are able to take things end to end on your own when needed and you are extremely customer and delivery-driven
? Possess a highly analytical mindset, ability to tackle complex systems and intellectual challenges, go down from high level vision into general requirements, then into the smallest pieces
? Understand system design approaches and architecture, know the consequences that can arise from poor technical decisions
? Have excellent stakeholder management skills and create clarity and transparency in your team and across the entire company
