WIr suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Kunden am Standort Bonn einen Civil Engineer in projektbezogener Festanstellung.Description of main activities / Beschreibung der Tätigkeiten:
Review/interpret soil, seismic assessment reports prepared by other parties
Execution and/or interpretation of geotechnical calculations
Basic and detail engineering for all civil and structural activities as required by project, in the service phases 1 to 7
Planning of civil structures, buildings, roads, drainage and marine systems as required by project (shallow/deep foundations, retaining walls, retention basin, drainage system, spillage collection ditch etc.)
Estimation of quantities and engineering manhours
Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare engineering design documents
Support / Supervise the designers of the Plant 3D Model
Support for drafting activities
Checking of engineering documents prepared by subcontractors (Formwork and Reinforcement drawings, static calculation, etc.)
To support site activities, if required
Development of civil and structural standards (technical as well as organizational)
Continuous improvement of design and work processes, interfaces and design standards
Alignment with project teams
Requirement profile / Anforderungsprofil:
Diploma / Master's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil and Structural design
Knowledge of applicable national and international codes and standards
Basic understanding of structural dynamics and earthquake-resistant design
Knowledge in the field of structural analysis and solid construction, soil mechanics
Knowledge of finite element analysis software (SAP2000 or equivalent)
Working experience with AutoCad or other drafting software (Tekla Structure or PDMS would be an advantage)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of German language is appreciated).
