For one of our client we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (m/f), a Citrix Support Engineer and a Infrastructure Expert (m/f)Tasks:
Desktop Suppir Engineer
Provide central 2nd line support for the As-Is Windows
XP/SP2 environment before and during end-user migration
- The environment is based on ca. 2500 clients with XP SP2,
ca. 250 client application and 26 Citrix PS4 servers with ca.
30 LOB applications
Citrix Support Engineer:
Provide central 2nd line support for the As-Is Citrix PS4
/W2K3 Environment with 26 virtual PS4 servers running on
W2K3 with ca. 30-40 application
- Support is need for PS4 configuration, access through
PNAgent, ICA Client v11 and Webinterface from branches
(Intranet)
Infrastructure Expert:
Provide central 2nd line support for the Future Windows
XP/SP2 environment before and during end-user migration
Provide qualified advise and drive incident resolution with
related technology teams to ensure a very timely resolution
upon arising migration problems.The environment is based on ca. 2500 clients with XP SP3, ca. 30 client applications and 220 application on Citrix PS4.5
Skills:
Very good experience in Windows client operational management using:
SCCM, Dameware, and NetOp support tools. HP Service Center 7 is a plus!
- Windows XP, Windows deployment
using Imaging +amp; SCCM, Citrix PS4
- Very good understanding of Windows platform
- language skills: Dutch mandatory / French additional
