Für unseren Kunden suchen wir dringend zwei Civil Work Managers (W/M) für folgende Aufgaben:- Support Site Design Manager in establishing CW (Civil Work) processes and procedures and actively support agreements for these with Partners
- Define and agree with Partner, the CW specifications and standard documentation (process and planning guidelines)
- Maintain an overview of the Partner's performance and manage the Partner accordingly to ensure continued output, quality and safety. Define targets for permitting, design and construction in terms of timelines, dead lines and budget/ costs set-out by customer
- Manage the CW input from the Partners
- Attend BTB in a spot checking or advisory role
- Review all BTB protocols for completeness, correctness, agreements on solutions and other content; special focus to put on non-standard and extra work
- Ensure and track Partner to liaise as necessary with all Project Participants to produce a coordinated planning design and an execution design and drawings supported by all necessary calculations
- Monitor the production of the drawings and review as necessary;
- Ensure that the Partner CW designs are reviewed by our client, coordinate different expert evaluation and ensure keeping timelines overall;
- Monitor the build permit applications and other permits by the Partner;
- Check and monitor cost variations to the model site prices or agreed BoQ (whatever is applicable), review offers from partner for accordance with contractual conditions and following the principle of cost efficient solution, ensure agreement with Partner on offered solution;
- Ensure the availability of all current standards, specifications and general requirements of our client and Parters where applicable;
- Suggest solutions to technical queries to progress the CW works
- Suggest solutions to sites with difficult CW design problems
- review the site realization schedule and overview the Partners resource allocations
- attend site acceptance surveys as required
- ensure the correct data is entered in the Project databases and Customer database,
where applicable ensure correct format, structure and transfer of documentation
- review the Partner invoices and monitor the performance of the Partners against their contractual responsibilities
Skills:
- Familiar with CW design principles for a radio cell site in Germany, for operator TD and site operator (alternatively deep know-how on planning guidelines of German mobile operators)
- Expertise on one or more build trades as of steel construction, electrical system, lightning protection system, antenna system, building construction, civil engineering, site safety assurance (alternatively gained experience on several of this field through proofed job track records)
- Systematic approach and analytical thinking, very good communication skills
- Fluent German (native speaker preferred) and fluent English
