Tätigkeit:For our customer in the telecommunication industry in NRW, we are looking for a Projectmanager (m/w). The marketing business unit interfacing with Sales, Proposition Marketing, Customer Service and Technology/IT seeks for support to analyse and design products for corporate multi national customers (MNC). Candidates need to have strong B2B market knowledge in the segments, strong analytical, documentation and requirement skills, very good social and communication skills (interview techniques). English language is mandatory. Experience in the mobile products area (e.g. business partnerships, 3rd party hosting, enterprise solutions, cost reports, SLA, corporate access, mobile applications, tariff and billing experience) is appreciated. The job involves: interview stakeholders from all business units, to identify the business idea, use cases and transform this into clear product requirements, cluster, structure and write documents as e.g. Product Requirements Documents (PRD), drive agreement on PRD contents within central work streams and marketing in T-Mobile Natcos, drive prioritization of features/products, eliminate/highlight risks and issues, ensure a common understanding of product characteristics and priorities, rightsize requirements regarding IT from Marketing perspective (minor technical knowledge needed), drive implementation project, drive impact analysis/feasibility study focusing on Technology/IT but also considering potential customer care & sales impacts (eliminate/highlight risks and issues), support project owner on project setup, resource allocation, governance, project planning or act as Project Owner: ensure project progress, action item tracking, documentation of results, weekly status reporting, take care that open points are addressed and clear responsibilities are aligned. Candidates may be affine to IT but should not be implementation specialists, programmers, software architects etc. It is about product requirement descriptions which will be the basis for IT requirements.
