We are looking for a skilled Freelance Frontend Developer to join one of our Tech Teams for 3-6 months at ABOUT YOU. Our Tech Department is the heart of ABOUT YOU, driven by the passion to develop the best infrastructure & applications. You will work on high-scalable products on a cloud-based infrastructure and collaborate with developers who constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” technology.What you will do
- Build high traffic user interfaces with JavaScript and React
- Work on the implementation of high-leverage features to optimize UX and conversion rates
- Cooperate with skilled developers, product managers, QA’s, and designers to ship new components and features
- Have a direct impact on team processes by regular agile retrospectives
Who you are
- Excellent & MVP-focused coding skills in JavaScript of minimum 5 years
- Practical & recent experience with React
- Comfortable working with TypeScript or ES6
- Solid background in building complex customer-facing products coming along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about writing well-structured, efficient and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in check
- Used to work in an English speaking environment
