Responsibilities:
Installation of DWDM equipment, Huawei, OSN1800, OSN6800, OSN8800, OSN9800
Installation of infrastructure at fixed network locations and in data centers:
Construction of racks and fiber optic distributors
Copper and fiber optic cabling
Power Supply Systems
Installation and commissioning of complex transmission systems:
CWDM and DWDM systems (1 GbE to 400 Gigabit Ethernet links)
Measurements: RFC2544, BERT, Y.1564
Installation of rectifiers, fuse panels, patch panels (high density fibre patch panels)
Installation of DC power cables, landing on PDU
Experience with proper fibre cleaning procedures, radius bend and fibre running procedures, fibre management procedures
Experience with Light source and light meter
Detailed knowledge of fiber types and their application, physical fiber characteristics, and standard testing tools (OSA, BERT, OTDR).
Qualifications:
EU citizenship mandatory, no VISA sponsorship
Completed vocational training or University degree
Experience in the area of ??data centers
Good knowledge of network technology
Independent and structured way of working
Class B driving license
English fluent, German mandatory
