Sr.UX Designer / Mobile App - Android, Xamarin
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
•Expertise in design tools like wireframing tools, Adobe XD Axure, omnigrafle, mindmaping tools, Visio, Sketch, Adobe suite & documentation.
•Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
•Have experience in Usability analysis, conducting design thinking workshops, visual design and Usability testing
•Ability to clearly and effectively communicate problems, design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
•Collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
•Experience in creating information architecture and interaction design. Ability to understand and follow branding guidelines. Well versed with latest design patterns & trends. Experience in designing device agnostic solutions
•Experience in Accebility.
Good-to-Have Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1Analyse and translate requirements / concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences for digital products.
2Design, document and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
3Conduct design thinking workshops / Sessions and advocate usability.
4Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs accordingly.
5Collaborate with all the required stakeholders for feedback, design approvals & track the design while development.
6Clearly follow design standards and apply them in visual designs
7Always willing to learn and be aware of the latest / ongoing trends followed in design
