- Senior Software Engineer to develop and implement asynchronous event-driven systems in C++ at scale in the area of Smart &Digital Trading
- Engineering of high-performance components at system level, drawing on a strong understanding of parallelism, memory management, and algorithms/data-structures
- Writing research tools to create user-friendly interfaces for the team (e.g. Python APIs and visualizations)
- Ensuring the operational transfer of a software into productive trading systems
Your profile
- Deep understanding of the C++-programming language, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Windows, and Linux
- Experience in implementing asynchronous event-driven systems in large open-source or enter-prise software engineering projects
- Experience in object-oriented software design, Continuous Integration, testing &validation, multi-layered caching architectures etc.
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to convert academic literature into code and familiar with trading business processes esp. around data structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
