Job Position: DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)
Location: Berlin, Germany (some remote can be offered)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Contract (6 months with high scope to extend)
Montash have been engaged with a leading e-commerce company in Berlin, who are seeking a DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes) to join their team in a freelance capacity. You will be supporting the team in Berlin from a Site Reliability and DevOps perspective.
This project requires a consultant at Senior level who is ‘hands-on’ with a pro-active mentality. Able to take ownership of tasks and action deliverables. Ensuring platform availability, resiliency and scalability. Setting up monitoring, CI/CD, infrastructure as code.
Due to the location of this project, please only apply if you are eligible to work in Germany in a freelance capacity.
Required:
Experience migrating / building highly scalable and high available infrastructure
Extensive AWS (Amazon Web Services) experience
Strong Kubernetes experience
CI / CD, monitoring, scripting
Understanding of Automation Tools (Ansible, Terraform)
Hands-on and pro-active
Fluent English
