Type: 6 Month Contract + Possible extension
Job Description :
• Good knowledge in basics of Teamcenter Enterprises and hands -on experience. Experience in exclusively from Teamcenter Development & Support.
• Qualified in technical 2nd level support for Teamcenter Enterprises on Site and supporting the lead consultant.
• Due to the security requirements, the employees must be of German nationality.
• Project term is at least 2 years and is expected to start in Q4 2020.
• ITIL framework for support services for L2 and L3 technical support for Teamcenter Enterprise.
• Service requests must be processed with a lower priority, whereby incidents have priority order (incidents P1 / 2/3/4, followed by service requests).
• Application maintenance log, backup and batch planning in coordination with Customer teams.
• Monitor the incidents and requests for our customer.
• Tickets for the commercial / technical service and assignment of the right team for the solution - Analysis of the configuration for the requirements -
• Determination of the required measures - Coordination of the different teams - Business, database, server / storage, network, testing configuration changes
• German Communication written and verbal is a must.
