For our client we are looking for aTrainingsmanager (m/f).Task:
- Trainingsplan (creation and set off of an trainingsplan - in line with the transformation plan)
- responible for the coordination of all trainings for all CSA members
- permanent tracking of all training acitivities
- Quality measurements and action plans agreed in the trainings plan to met the expectations
Skill:
a) English fluent
b) functional leading and management competencies
c) negotiating skills, high gear conflict managment skills
d) logical skills to identify dependencies and to prioritise
e) Experiances of Transformation projects in Client
Start: asap
End: 2 years
