Role description:
Transition & Transformation Integration Architect (TTIA) as Lead Architects on Transition & Transformation (T&T) programs.
Practitioners in this specialty role are accountable for the Architectural Governance and Technical Leadership for IT T&T Client programs from the Opportunity Engagement phase to the Steady State Go live. They are responsible:
- to assure integrated solution designs are viable, verifiable, realized and executed,
- using a standard set of methodologies related to the Architectural discipline and T&T Governance
- Reviewing and confirming the Solution Design, then leading and collaborating with several other Architects (Engagement/Domain/Offering/Capability/Chief Architect) for the T&T program execution.
- part of the client-facing account team supporting strategic IT Clients Transformations
- support the business partnership with IBM Executive program Management and client stakeholders as the IBM Technical Leader for the program.

- Analyze Information Systems Architecture, Design Architecture Governance, Design Technical Architecture, Infrastructure Strategy & Design, Develop Architecture Transition Plan, Transition and Transformation Technical Leadership, Apply Knowledge of GTS Infrastructure Service Offerings, Apply Agile Principles, Apply Architectural Thinking Techniques, Apply Client/Industry Insight, Perform Architecture Gap Analysis, Advise on Emerging Technologies, Lead Infrastructure Strategy & Design activities
