Task:- Apply the clients CSP+ methodology and follow the clients PM guidelines
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Keep the project target in sight at all times, no matter what the level of politics involved is
- Approach communications in a positive way, however be realistic and honest
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
- Keeps project team informed of changes
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to management
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Manages client interaction together with LM and senior management
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Awareness of specific client area and level of seniority (Corporate Secretary, BoD members)
Requirements (Must have):
- Expierence as Senior PMO or PM
- Possesses good understanding in the areas of system design, web security including tokens, smartcards, certificates, MS SharePoint
- Understands Internet, Intranet, remote access and client/server architectures.
- Possesses a good understanding of how TIS works, what their processes are and how CoS and TIS can best work together
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential use of those by the client/end-user
