THE ROLE
Exciting new opportunities for up to 2 Senior Site Managers to join the growing and Fibre team
Your responsibilities will be to provide full administrative support to various departments on an ad hoc basis as the business dictates.
As the Supervisor you will be responsible for the control of their designated Project or assigned tasks as well as ensuring that all documentation, services and processes are completing in line with the needs of the business.
Your role will also include:
Ensuring compliance with all QEHS legislation and internal policies and procedures relating safe and efficient delivery of the project
Overall supervision of a number of sub-contracting site crews carrying out civils and cabling works on underground Telecommunication networks
Supervising build in line with build requirements.
Compliance with road works signing, lighting and guarding
Responsible for all site works, methodology and network build approach
Construction of chambers and the erection of street side cabinets
Installation of telecommunication fibre cables and associated works
Complete 700 & stock checks when required
Responsible for site inspections at the start and the end of the day
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, quality failures and service deterioration trends
Supervision of day to day project delivery within geographical area, including delivery to client requirements, safety, quality, street works, supplier performance and improvement
