Tätigkeit:Tasks:
Develop recommendation for the target solution for the future operating model considering technical, financial and business requirements (e.g. use existing solutions or identify new solution)
Support to develop the roadmap and detailed plan for the migration of the HR landscape (e.g. SAP HCM, SSF, Escriba, Self Service) into the HR IT landscape of the mother company
Support tp develop a business case for the preferred scenarios
Identify Quick-wins for a fast, positive digitization experience should be identified and embedded in the roadmap.
Skills:
Strong skills in SAP HCM, SSF and Document Management and good market overview in this area
Proven HCM consultancy skills, at least >6 years experience as HCM consultant.
Project Management skills in order to plan and run complex projects
A broad technical and business understanding of an integrated HR IT landscape
Experience in technical integration activities in the context of a merger
