Key Responsibilities:

- coordinate all internal Employer HRIS related activities in close coordination with the functional key users and stakeholders (processes and systems)
- Internal HRIS system management: prioritize and deliver customizing requests, ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions, analyze workflow processes and design and recommend process improvements
- To build the interface to other internal Comany HRIS functions, external consultants and other stakeholders
- as subject matter expert, be the 3rd level support for all HRIS systems
- act as Reorganisation partner and orchestrate and execute bigger reorganizations in the HRIS

Additional Responsibilities:

- manage release updates and work on constant HRIS landscape development
- develop and maintain HRIS User Guidelines and manager & key user training on systems (in coordination with Corp. OD/ T&D)
- create and run audit and standard reports on a routine basis, deliver ad hoc reports on request
- consult and provide input reg. HRIS related necessary agreements (data security, works council)
- project work and special assignments

Skills / Profil:

Professional experience and education:

- academic degree or similar, preferably with HR or IT background
- min. 2 years of work experience in HR
- experience in modern HRIS Systems
- fluent in English, other languages beneficial

Specific Knowledge:

- knowledge of standard HR processes
- program and project managements skills
- technical understanding, paired with organizational knowledge and strong analytical skills
- experience in working with HCM systems, preferably as an HRIS key user
