Role: Agile Coach
Location: Frankfurt am Main
Type of Contract: Frankfurt
Language requirement: Fluent English and German
Start Date: as soon as possible
Duration of Project: 6 months

The Agile Coach will be responsible for designing and roll out of strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile methodology.

Skills required:

• Should have exposure in large engagement
• SPC Certified and experience in one of the large scale framework [SAFE]
• Coach Business and Change in defining and measuring the operational value streams.
• Facilitate Business/Change Teams to plan, commit and execute on PI cadence.
• Facilitate an evolution of Product Management function to include business impact.
• Facilitate a review of the value streams and organizational structure across Business/Change/IT.
• Coach the Agile Release Train in effective SAFe PI planning, execution and improvement.
• worked in a transformation programs and done key contribution for the agile transformation
• should have strong knowledge in scrum , Kanban, XP
• should know DevOps and should be able to implement CI/CD for a program
• should have done release planning with multiple dependent teams
• should have worked with the customer directly
• Should help team in Productivity improvement
• Should have knowledge on agile Assessment and improvements
• Should have experience at enterprise level
• Exposure to transform IT/BUSINESS/Operation and other supporting organization into agile
• Should be able to influence people
• Should know digital way of working
• Candidate should know German Language
