We are looking for a “Market Strategy Consultant" for our customer in the Energy/ Utilities Services & residential and commercial property management with the following basic conditions:Start: 01.08.2020 or later
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Essen+ remote
Fluent English & German language skills are a must.
NB: This ia not a Project Manager Role, please do not submit Project Management profiles.
Tasks:
• Establish & analyze the market potential within the region to help make strategic investment decisions
• Using microconomic data anaylsis from market Research to buil Business case and Advising Strategic Investment on new business Generation and Profit management
• Facilitate communication with:
-Product and service management
-Supply chain management
-C level
-Head of New Markets
• Come up with business strategy energy services for greater energy efficiency in buildings – especially in apartment buildings and commercial property
• Create value, drive change in shaping the portfolio of assets and contracts
• Support the Capacity Market bidding process in conjunction with main stakeholders in the business
• Help develop core beliefs, develop scenarios and constantly challenge and review investment and investment opportunities and Profit manegement
• Work effectively in a team environment with strategy, new Business development, commercial and operational activities, project management and ensure efficient use of resources
• Drive forward the development of actions resulting from the output of tasks
• Drive towards an integrated international team, work together with interfaces cross-country and try to get views of the entire company
• Build strategic market unit to be able to forecast growth and sale in smart Energy Solutions, ehealth Solutions, smart Solutions, Electric charging stations, Boiler, etx
Requirements:
• Business venture architecht experience
• Ideally years of experience, understanding market drivers, fundamentals, portfolio Management and market strategy
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to build complex decision information tools in Excel etc
• Excellent communication and presentational skills to a range of key stakeholders and senior executives
• Entrepreneurial thinking and constant drive for innovation and profitable Business market strategy
• Driven by challenge and passion to deliver value
• Ability to interface and build strong relationships with other teams and internal stakeholders
• Due diligience and Market Research Analysis in previous experience
