Beschreibung
Task:Candidate will support regional, mainly swiss project for the phases "Testing / Communication / Training / Implementation", following tasks to basically support the team in:
- testing - master data management -> to manage test cases (change management)
- support test users in operating the tests and do testings itself
- strong support in master data management
- communication -> master data management on suppliers and users side (e.g. in SAP)
- structuring/group data based on type of communications etc.
- training -> review training material; compare to region specific issues and propose adjustments (content)
- organise training sessions/walkthroughs and lead them
- implementation -> support from an operational perspective / coordinates exception / urgency handling and change management if needed
Requirements (Must have):
The right candidate for this position has the following skills:
- Project Management experience in IT related projects (testing/comms/training)
- Fluently in English and German (oral and written)
- French is an advantage
- SAP MM
- Basics in procurement knowledge
- Deep Knowledge of the MS Office Tools (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint)
