Our data science consultancy client is searching for a Strategy Consultant - Quality Assurance und Data Analytics (m/f/d) for a 5 month project until year-end. The role is completely REMOTE and the end-client is a large corporation in the Transport sector in Germany.As part of the IT digitization strategy, the CIO division of the company is rebuilding the strategy for quality assurance and testing of IT software projects. The candidate will play a large role in the development and implementation of this strategy.
Job description:
- Supporting strategic test management in concept development and operationalization of topics along the strategic roadmap
- Evaluation, further development and operationalization of the quality strategy of the existing roadmap, for an increase in efficiency of quality assurance, as well as requirements on data structure and data availability (oriented on ISO ), among other things by making use of data lakes.
- Development of a strategy for a successful transformation towards modern test and quality methods. (Qualitative and quantitative analyses are to be carried out on the basis of data management and data analytics).
- Analysis of weaknesses in the current approach, in close cooperation with CIO IT projects, departments and relevant stakeholders.
- Change management measures, taking into account lean management in IT projects, to accompany the path to data and fact-based preventive testing and quality management.
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area of QA and testing of IT software
- Experience in strategy development of quality assurance approaches based on data learning and according to ISO 29119 and ISO 25010
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of methods according to ISTQB
- Excellent with agile working methods, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
- Fluent German
