Aufgaben/
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationship across the CIO organization, business areas and suppliers in order to deliver successful engagement experience to customer
• Relationship management with CTIO and his direct reports
• Deliver contractual obligations under transformation outsourcing engagement end to end with customer
• Ensure client transition and transformation objectives are met within timelines
• Review and driver financial objectives such as gross margin, productivity, YOY growth and payment collection
• Handle a large team of 100+ team members, by setting up proper organizational construct
• Driving teams through structured data and matrix including contract management
• Ability to Interface with Senior management and steer Wipro and client to close actions identified from time to time
• Drive the steering committee reviews to ensure program governance objectives
Anforderungen/
Requirements
Technology skills:
• Preferably Engineering/business administration degree with 20+ years of experience in Telecom Domain
• Deep experience of large scale OSS/BSS transformation projects
• Deep knowledge of German telecom industry
• Deep Experience with self-budgeted risk-reward based IT transformation programs
• 15+ years in delivery management and project management experience with Telecom IT Digital Transformation
• Experience in managing large and complex transformation projects to deliver business benefits
• Defines and maintains program level communication and risk management plans
• Should have sound financial management experience to drive revenue and profit growth
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolutions
• Equally adept in German and English written and oral
Process & Tools:
• Proficient in management tools and processes
• Establishes and controls Change management, Quality Control processes in a program
• Experience in process management standards – Agile, ISO, CMMI, Waterfall
• Ensure compliance to legal and other contractual obligations to customer and Wipro
Behavioral skill
