We are looking for a SAP Lead Consultant Sales and Service in the Area of Zurich:Job Description:
- Global SAP template and rollout project with production facilities in CH, DE, CZ, CN, IN.
- This new SAP solution will replace an outdated and highly customized/in transparent SAP R/3 system
- This SAP project is part of an enterprise-wide change program aiming to transform to a truly
global integrated operations and shifting the production output towards Asia to increase price
competitiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Project Characteristics:
- Business transformation: Global standardization of data structures, process, KPI’s; Management of a global supply chain, Automation of intercompany business
- Complex systems integration: SAP ERP, BW, APO , Portal integrated in a legacy landscape with
mobile sales application, Notes applications, etc.
Task Description:
- The Lead Consultant 'Sales and Services' is responsible for all design and realization
activities for customer-oriented processes and analytics in SAP:
· Sales Cycle Management of complex machinery equipment (entire spinning systems: set of configurable textile machines)
-> project-oriented CTO process
· Sales and Deliver of Components and Spare
Parts based on 'as build' spare parts catalogues of installed base
· Management of machine installation and service activities on customer side
· Management of customer and competitor information and reporting
Tasks:
· Workstream Management for a team of ca. 20 FTE (IBM, IT and Business): planning,
supervision and reporting
- Overall design and integration of the Sales/Service Solution in an complexe system
environment with several legacy systems (Lotus Notes, custom-build solutions, SAP MAM)
Skills:
- SAP ERP SD
- SAP ERP CS
- SAP Project Management
- Deep experience in SAP projects for complex capital equipment / machinery industry
- Project driven CTO processes
- Complex product configuration
- On-site Installation Processes
- Installed Base Management
- MTO / MTS processes for components and spare parts
- Strong Design and Integration Skills for Sales and Service in SAP ERP
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Knowledge of SAP MAM is of advantage
- Fluent in English and German
