for our client in Mannheim we are looking for a
Infrastructure Consultant (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Planning of the installation, maintenance and construction of the infrastructure of server, network and storage with regard to the project requirements.
OS Build/Installation/Management. Creation/installation/management of operating system images (SLES/RHEL) using Clonezilla services for highend/blade servers
Provision of external network access: IPSEC VPN configuration on Checkpoint firewall & troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration of SAPRouter, reverse proxy
Maintenance of reverse proxy servers of Apache and NGNIX via the SLES platform using a pacemaker cluster, Management of reverse proxy instances according to project needs.
Management and ACL upload to SAP VP DMZ/EXT router and troubleshooting of route problems.
SSL certificate handling (requesting, ordering, creating, distributing, renewal)
Management of LAN switches and VLAN changes to LAN switches based on project requirements.
Coordination and interfacing with other involved departments of SAP (GFM, GNS, DCM, LinuxLab, Security, etc.)
Maintenance and configuration of SAN fabric.
Opening and managing technical cases with hardware vendors.
Network services support: DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, Squid proxy: installation, configuration, operation and hardening.
Handling of project data: Loading media and/or connecting external devices, encrypting/decrypting, copying data to required destinations, copy station maintenance (USB and NAS).
