For a customer in Bonn we are currently looking for a

UC4 Application Operation Expert - 3 Shift System (m/w/d)

Scope of work
- First Level Support/Monitoring of Production Processes (UC4)
- Resolving faults and, if necessary, escalation at Second Level Support
- Execution of changes in production processes Management Assistance to the Area and Area Managers of the Test department
- Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings and training
- Support for personnel controlling tasks by the compilation and evaluation of statistics

Skills required
Knowledge UC4, Remedy, willingness to work in a 3-shift system. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays. UNIX basic knowledge, knowledge of Windows servers.
