Ihre Aufgaben:
- Initiate, plan, steer and control technical consulting projects (main focus: Customer Insight, Analytical CRM)
- Deliver projects in time, budget and scope with high quality
- Act as primary technical contact in the client liaison and support
- Take care of all strategic, functional and technical enquiries and questions
- Advise clients on customer's products and technologies as well as manage the delivery of our products to our clients
- Define, set up and deliver technical work streams in close collaboration with our clients
- Ensure internal coordination across different disciplines and countries
- Act as technical representative and intermediary to bring differing business and technological requirements together
- Conduct business analysis and write requirements specifications
- Closely collaborate and communicate with the product management team
- Support the technical sales process and further develop our sales story to enrich and enlarge our business, analytical and technical competencies
- Ensure that all solutions are in line with the corporate strategy
Ihre Qualifikation
- Proven record of success in IT consulting, project management and requirements management, ideally gathered within the retailing business or a CRM consulting/service provider.
- An established expierence of working in the mentioned environment
- Good knowledge of IT architectures, common IT standards and state-of-the-art technologies
- Practical experience in analysis, design, implementation, QA, rollout and launch of technical products/solutions.
- Fundamental know-how of the (analytical) CRM and/or customer insight business
- Ability to manage multi-lingual consulting projects and create innovative solutions
- Capability of working with different (internal and external) stakeholders simultaneously
- Highly structured working approach and ability to work under pressure
- Very strong customer and service orientation
- Pragmatism, a doer mentality, creativity and the ability to adopt to changing environments
- Extrovert, mature, decisive, well balanced, a strong communicator as well as a good team player
- Fluent English is a must, other language skills are of advantage (e.g. German, French, Spanish)
- Willingness to travel
