Urgent Infrastructure Architect OR Engineer German speaking Remote and Onsite Job based in Mannheim. German speaking is needed. Rates are good.
Main areas of activity:
* Transition of the customer's IT system landscape into the data center of the IT service provider including transfer/assumption of operational responsibility
* Concept development and implementation of the target data center, server and storage infrastructure
* Planning and construction of the necessary technical resources for the start of system operation
* Implementation of the migrationQualifications and experiences:
Very good knowledge of DC operation and technology in the areas:
* Windows Server
* Linux (Red Hat/CentOS, Ubuntu, SLES)
* VMWare vSpere/ESXi
* Xen/Citrix
* Hyper-V
* Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
* Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server
