Aktuell sind wir für unseren Endkunden auf der Suche nach Unterstützung:

Ort: Hannover
Onsite: 200 Stunden
Offsite: 750 Stunden
Reisezeit: 20 Stunden (zu anderen Standorten falls nötig)
Sprachanforderung: deutsch, englisch

Aufgabe:
• Define, adapt and govern an end-to-end effective and efficient service request process and platform
• Support Financial Controlling for ensuring the correct E2E commercial handling for every service in the catalogue (towards suppliers and towards business)
• Enable a process with Vendor and Contract Management that ensures that Service Management contract requirements are fully part of the Integrated Contract & License Management. Goal is to achieve consistency among vendor contracts, in particular in case of Provider On-/Off-boarding, Provider Audits, Contract Changes, …
• Monitor compliance with current Service Management Model, SIAM model and commercial model.
• Develop NSR commercial escalation processes, for dispute cases
• Establish a continuous improvement approach for the commercial office.
Engage in the definition and implementation of improvement measures
contributing to the optimization of processes within the department with
focus in the reduction of complexity, increase of automation, faster initiation
of PRs/NSRs and higher quality standard.

Soft-Skills / Fach-Skills:
* Experience working in an IT organization within an enterprise scale, multi-site distributed team with focus in commercial processes
* Expertise on ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices. SIAM (Service Integration and Management) and multi supplier management
* Experience in Supplier Management especially in the areas of Vendor and Contract Management.
- Excellent process understanding of commercial and contractual processes incl. e2e commercial handling for IT Services. Interface to Financial Controlling unit.
• Experience of project management with specific methodology knowledge (incl Agile methodologies)
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work well in and with teams of different nationalities and cultures
based in different locations and across organizational boundaries
• Problem solving capabilities, taking responsibility and drive
resolution. Positive can-do attitude
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in German and English. Excellent written and communication skill
