SAP HR ABAP Technical Consultant
The primary focus of this position is to support the SAP HR ABAP application for the customer by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests.
Familiarity with service now and solution manager to carry out support activities would be an added advantage.
Has worked under pressure in handling a steady load of issues while simultaneously meeting the agreed on Service Level Agreements
Required Skills:
• Has 4-6 years of experience in SAP HR ABAP and understands business requirements well.
• Should have worked in AMS project with handling production issues and 100% SLA achievement.
• Has good understanding of technical activities performed during year end patch upgrade processes.
• Experience in coding, code change, function module, interfaces, SPAU and SPDD activities, transport management compliance, and all other HR ABAP knowledge is must.
• Should have knowledge of Workflow, Data Uploads and Data Migration in SAP HR.
Desired Characteristics:
• Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English, strong interpersonal, leadership, and teambuilding skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to research and resolve issues.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites is must.
