Must have skills:- Deep understanding of the requirements resulting from BCBS 239 and market best practice of their business specific interpretation covering all areas of data management - In depth understanding of data architecture and the challenges of harmonized data provisioning including market practice to successfully address them
- Comprehensive understand of banking processes and their dependencies including different business lines
- Hands-on experience in successfully driving data focussed implementations in retail bank(s)
- Extensive hands-on experience in driving and managing data programs and reporting to senior management
- Fluent English
