Project duration: 6 Months +
Location: Munich
description:
- Full project management of technical consulting projects in the arena of Customer Insight and Analytical CRM
- Technical consulting interface to clients including managing the delivery of technical solutions
- Support business analysis and requirements management function
- Act as intermediary between clients, business lines and offshore partners
- Support the coporate trategy with technical and proejct management expertise
Know-How:
- degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Business Science
- Several years experience working as consultant, analyst or project manager within the technical CRM space
- Good knowledge of IT architectures and standards
- Experience in analysis, design, implementation, QA, rollout and launch of technical products/solutions.
- Fundamental know-how of the (analytical) CRM and/or customer insight business
- Professional experience working within complex, multi-lingual, international environemnts
- Willingness to travel
- availability for interview at short notice
Language Knowledge:
- Written and spoken English is required, German highly desired and a second European language benefitial
