I am currently searching for a Salesforce Administrator for an end-client in Cologne, Germany.Responsibilities:
Perform and successfully complete the migration of the legacy DRM system to Salesforce, including the execution of data migration/cleansing tasks
Be responsible for Salesforce application set-up and configuration, with the support of third-party implementation partners when needed, ensuring the DRM system fully supports the fundraising processes maximizing end-user’s productivity
Manage and continuously maintain Salesforce application and its integration with other systems (i.e. email marketing platform, call centre applications, BI tools, etc.), including support request and escalated administrative needs of users, by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues
