My client seeks a SAP HCM Performance and Compensation Management to work on new functionality. You should have strong experience of SAP HR implementation along with good exposure of HR function. You should understand management workflow and have exposure to SAP HCM Performance and Compensation Management modules. Knowledge of workforce planning, reporting, and analytics tools such as BW/BO/SAP queries is essential
This role is based in Germany, remote working is acceptable but you must be able to travel when we are able to do so.
