For our client located in Munich we are looking for a Flight Mechanics Lead (m/f/d)

Start: ASAP, full-time
Location: Munich, project can be done 100% remote
Duration: 3-6 months
Tasks:
  • Facilitating the Flight Mechanics team to do their job effectively

  • Serve as the interface to Chief Engineering and the wider engineering group

  • Planning, execution and technical oversight of technical deliverables and work packages

  • Day-to-day leadership and task management of the team

  • Resource planning



Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in Flight Mechanics, Flight Testing, Modeling & Simulation, or equally relevant field

  • Extensive experience with certification under EASA

  • Experience in processes & workflow creation, introduction, and management - especially processes linked to flight mechanics

  • Well versed in requirements life cycle, from capturing to verification

  • Excellent leadership of an interdisciplinary team
