- General Understanding of Cellular network for GSM/UMTS/LTE
- Understanding of LTE Network Coverage and Quality concepts for LTE like basics KPI (RSRP, SNR) and able to locate it in Drive Testing Tool
- Understanding LTE Throughput concepts
- Understanding of SSV Testing Procedures
- Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
- Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance.
- RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance.
- Technical communication and clarification (eg RF workshop) with customers.
Requirements:
General requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science/Engineering/or other related technical discipline.
- Prefer German
- German drive license is required
- Ability to work in Shifts and if required over weekend, also frequently travel
- Work Region will be mainly in south region (for engineer based in Munich) and west region (for engineer based in Dusseldorf)
- Telefonica will provide the car and Drive Test Equipment. One engineer drives and the other one monitors the measurements
- Good knowledge of G/U/L network
- Good skills of MS Office including Excel, MS Access, Powerpoint.
