Meine Aufgaben:
- Provide strategic guidance on change management governance and structures for the program based on stakeholder analysis and industry best practices
- Derive the task-level detail from the existing high-level vision on Global-Regional-Local ways of working in Marketing
- Map fit-for-purpose tools to each of the tasks; where no tools exist, provide recommendations to the BI responsible based upon previous experience
- Contribute to the communications and training management effort with both planning advice and tactical interventions
- Manage the delivery of process, people, and policy changes of the project in the regional and local markets
- Create a comprehensive document linking the business architecture around the project (processes, tasks, tools, behaviors) as a documentation of the consultancy work to get approved by BI responsible)
- Create and maintain the content repository with a web-enabled front end for all materials related to the project communications
- Compose articles, scripts, and other textual materials for the project events, launches, meetings, and leadership updates as a documentation of the consultancy work to get approved by BI responsible)
Meine Qualifikation
- 5+ years of experience in communication and change management in a global environment
- 3+ years in project management in big, global companies
- Native/nearly native level in english, written and spoken Empathic and emotional intelligent personality with the ability to communicate creative and specifically Very strong in writing of articles etc.
- Experience in the Marketing-Environment as the project is within the marketing area Experience in the Pharma environment
