Project Management Consultant (RF instrumentation)Main Tasks:
> Drive projects on development and implementation of cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods for complex RF instrumentation
> Operate market analysis and guide the technical project team to go for innovative technologies & new process
> Participate in design for manufacturability reviews to ensure that end-to-end costs are achievable within agreed service level requirements
> Create project time schedules, define milestones and ensure that project deliverables are reached
> Assess project status and risk, generate recovery plans to meet project expectations and business objectives
> Interact with scientific institutions and R&D centers with ability to gain cooperation
> Monitor whole project plans from project initiation through delivery
> Report regularly about project status and progress
Needed skills:
> 5-10 years of experience in consulting industrial mechanical projects (preferably high power electronics application)
> Excellent project management experience, very structured and target focused workstyle
> Ability to support effectively in multicultural & interdisciplinary teams with strong Chinese backbone
> Good communication skills, ability to break down complex problems, set priorities, report progress and execute to a schedule
> Good communication skills in English; German or Chinese would be beneficial
