We are looking for a “Business Portfolio Advisor (m/f/d)" for our customer in the energy services & residential and commercial property management with the following basic conditions:Start: 01.06.2020 or later
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Essen+ remote
Fluent English & German language skills are a must.
Tasks:
• Establish & analyze the market potential within the region to help make strategic investment decisions
• Advising Strategic Investment on new business generation in property management & facility management services
• Facilitate communication with:
-C level
-IT Architects and manufacturers
-Product and service management
-Supply chain management
-Communication with Hardware manufactures
• Build up the communication area to foster interaction with customers (including large real estate management companies and mid- term also down to the tenants/residents/ occupants of single residential units)
• Drive change and participate in developing the business strategy energy services for greater energy efficiency in buildings – especially in apartment buildings and commercial property
• Create value, drive change in shaping the portfolio of assets and contracts
• Support the Capacity Market bidding process in conjunction with main stakeholders in the business
• Help develop core beliefs, develop scenarios and constantly challenge and review investment and investment opportunities
• Work effectively in a team environment with commercial and operational activities, project management and ensure efficient use of resources
• Drive forward the development of actions resulting from the output of tasks
• Drive towards an integrated international team, work together with interfaces cross-country and try to get views of the entire company
• Be open to learn from other parts of the business and reflect on opportunities
• Maintain accurate and current project and opportunity information for projects and present updates on this information to a variety of senior stakeholders
Requirements:
• Thorough understanding of European energy markets for commercial property, or real estate and interaction of commodities/markets
• Ideally multiyear years of experience, understanding market drivers, fundamentals, portfolio management, asset fleet and risks
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to build complex decision information tools in Excel etc
• Excellent communication and presentational skills to a range of key stakeholders and senior executives
• Entrepreneurial thinking and constant drive for innovation and change
• Driven by challenge and passion to deliver value
• Ability to interface and build strong relationships with other teams and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated and ability to focus on objectives
