For the support of the project the following phases need to be governed:- Analyze of LuxCSD/ CSK ProLog business requirements.
- Technical specification and technical design
- Install, configure and assess new software products e.g. software
releases versions and patches, especially the installation of the COSA processing engine (RMI, BPM CHT) and the COSA process designer.
- Support of the implementation of an installation routine as well as the support for cut over, launch and transition activities.
- Implementation of the “LuxCSD” project requirements and all the steps to be taken for the SWIFT message format changes to MT535 and MT548.
- Migration of existing CSK ProLog software development environment and application data to new COSA BPM, RMI, CTH and Designer versions.
- Create a step by step data and process migration approach and support cutover testing and the cutover itself.
- Analyze in terms of increasing usability and performance.
- Module-, Integration- , System Testing
- Support for Business Acceptance Testing. Fault analyses , bug fixing
and version management during testing
- Transfer the system to a well defined state for maintenance
- Support development and developers and train internal staff, ensure day-to-day development environment administration
- Documentation of the software and the development environment
- Support and development for the concept of CSK ProLog monitoring,
documentation of the software’s logging and necessary error handling
