Main tasks:
- Take over the SuccessFactors consultation regarding process design and migration topics
- You are responsible for the independent interface management for HR payroll systems
- Harmonize and review the existing data quality in the payroll area and preparation for the target systems and processes
- Create documents and migrate tables in preparation of system migrations
- Specific cleaning of data for system integration and preparation of business related reporting
Main qualifications
- Very good technical knowledge in SAP SuccesFactors or HCM
- Technical proccess know-how in SAP SuccesFactors Or HCM (more technical than conceptual)
- Experiences with migration projects and interfaces
- Very good english skills
- Nice to have: ABAP know-how
