Beschreibung
Task:Assist one or several IT Project Managers to conduct their projects.
Management Officer (PMO) will encompass e.g.:
- Preparation of status reportings
- Organization of meetings and production of meeting minutes
- Elaboration and maintenance of accurate project planning and tracking
- Elaboration and maintenance of cost planning and tracking
- Assist IT Project Manager in project communication activities
etc.
Requirements (Must have):
- Several years experience in assisting IT Project Managers of global projects
- Knowledge to work in a global Project Management Office (PMO)
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Distinctive project planning and controlling skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office
Nice to have:
- project management education and certificate (e.g. PMI)
- experience in insurance or finance industry
