We are looking for a “Agile Coach & Scrum Master (m/f/d)" for our customer in the energy sector with the following basic conditions:Start: asap
Duration: 8 months +
Location: Düsseldorf
Responsibilities:
• Consult in how collaboration tools, specifically MS Teams together with Azure DevOps, can enable a productive and effective SCRUM team
• Clears potential roadblocks - make sure that process runs smoothly
• Consult team in mastering tools & processes associated with adopted agile method.
• Consultancy of the team to understand the processes and tools associated with agile method.
• Method can be chosen freely
Requirements:
• Senior / Experienced Agile Scrum Master (all genders are welcome)
• Experience in driving distributed teams
• Mandatory: English and German - Please submit the profiles in English
• During the situation with Corona the consultant will work remote with MS Teams
• Willing to work with a virtual team that is working from home
• 5+ years of relevant project delivery experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of agile and SCRUM project execution methods
• Can act as an Agile coach for the team driving continuous improvement in capability
• Is familiar with planning across multiple MVPs as part of a program of work. Here each MVP could be a "Scaled Agile" Program Increment
• Experience with commodity trading as well as related technology platforms, including trade automation and analytics would be a plus
