Position: PLM (Windchill) Technical Architect/Solution Architect
Location: Germany
Contract Duration: 12 months + possible extension
We are currently seeking a strong PLM Windchill Technical Architect/Solution Architect who enjoys interacting with both customers and peers to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Team.
PLM-PDM Windchill Technical Architect/Solution Architect will be involved in below activities:
a. Evaluating and estimating requirements
b. Solution discussions with customer and team
c. Guiding the developers
d. Code reviews and testing
e. Server and Client-site customizations (mainly Java, some JavaScript, JSP)
f. Knowledge Windchill 11.1 M020
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a willingness to provide support to customer along with strong technical knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Good understanding of the PLM tool and its architecture from Windchill customization, change management, CAD management, BOM management and Business administration.
• Has hands on exposure for Windchill custom development
• Have done Architect work and worked as an Architect or senior architect in PLM implementation and customization
• Define respective PLM tasks and co-ordinate 2-3 developers, which will deliver these tasks
• Developing relationships with the clients and supporting them for architecture design and building roadmap for development
• Meeting with and utilizing teammates’ expertise to maximize project efficiency
• Documenting methods and lessons learned
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 8– 12 years of experience in PLM Windchill
• Some travel may be required
• Professional experience in PTC Windchill development and customization, dashboard, workflow etc..
• In-depth function and technical knowledge on PTC Windchill
