The task consists of an end-to-end project, starting with order clarification, process analysis, solution design and development through to commissioning.
We are looking for consultants with HR process know-how combined with skills in roles and structural authorizations.
Skills: Specialists authorization/Security HCM or SuccessFactors
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM authorizations
- Very good knowledge of structural SAP HCM authorizations
- Very good at creating SAP HCM authorization concepts and implementing the concept in the SAP system
- SAP authorizations for SAP HCM SuccesFactors, SAP HCM - very experienced
Tasks:
- (Re) design and implementation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SF) authorizations (focus: structural authorizations)
- (Re) design and implementation of the SAP HCM authorization concept, as well as (re) design of the structural authorizations for different countries (roll-out in 3 waves) as part of the SF introduction
- (Re-) Design and Implementation of SAP authorizations profiles and roles in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
