TätigkeitenbeschreibungFor a customer in Hameln we are currently looking for a
Senior Project Manager / Project Leader (m/f/d)
Scope of work
- Lead IT-relevant projects by applying the company-wide
project management procedures and several IT-specific procedures (e.g. application development models)
- Responsible that the commissioned end product, within the agreed time, agreed costs and in the desired quality
- Development of temporary project organisations
- Directing projects using the follow-up model, planning, carrying out and controlling the individual phases of the project via project management sub-tasks such as integration, communication, scope, quality, risk, time, resource management as well as cost controlling and procurement
- Integrating project tasks and impacts into the corporate and group environment
- Use of appropriate PM methods and tools for the formal planning and control of a
project (e.g. stakeholder and risk analysis) based on the company-wide PM procedure
- If necessary, contribute to the definition of a relevant project process through analysis and selection
appropriate PM methods and tools and a suitable method (e.g. Structured Application Development Procedure Model)
- Co-responsibility for the technical development of project staff
Skills required
- High social competence in terms of leadership and motivation of employees, as well as integration with or from teams
- High analytical, planning and organisational skills as well as innovative thinking and flexibility
- Knowledge of established project management practices (integration, communication, scope, quality, risk, time, resource management as well as cost controlling and procurement)
- Knowledge of several established processes in IT (application development or infrastructure), for example, a process model for application development with the Disciplines Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Test Management, Implementation, Change & Configuration Management)
- Knowledge of X86 and Oracle
