Change Manager - Frankfurt - Immediate Start - €1,200/dayClient:
My client is a market leader in the Medical Devices industry. They have adjusted their company in accordance to the current COVID-19 outbreak and require a Change Manager to implement this change and manage the employees during this time. Their head office is in Frankfurt, however you will be working remotely for the interim and returning onsite when it is safe to do so.
Job Description:
- Maintaining the client relationships along with the senior stakeholders - building on the communication strategy
- Drive the change initiative and handle the continuous improvement of the project
- Holding virtual meetings with team leaders
- Managing the main development teams, ensuring all technologies are working
Requirements:
- 100% onsite (remote for the interim)
- 5+ years of direct Management experience in Change
- Certified in ADKAR, Kotter OR Prosci
- Fluent German and English
- Degree qualified
