Our client (Pharma Industry) is looking for a Technology Transformation Implementation (TTI) Project Manager who provides support to the Project Management Office and TTI Programs/ Enablers.
Tasks:
- Creating and delivering reports based as defined in the reporting strategy to multiple stakeholders. The reports vary from regular project status reports to financial saving reports.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data in a meaningful way for a variety of audiences based on key messages outlined in project communication plans and change management plans
- Create and drive project plans to support goals of TTI projects, including (but not limited) to scheduling meetings, recording and driving actions
- Assist with creation of communication materials (e.g. articles, slides) to support communication and change management activities for TTI
- Organizing content originating from TTI enablers
- Organizing workshops, trainings, etc. and support communications activities such as providing overall project management for specific projects within TTI
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to synthesize data and create reports
- Strong understanding of clinical development and clinical trial processes
- Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- General knowledge of SAP and Salesforcce
- Dynamic and enthusiastic personality, excellent communication skills
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of experiences in Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong history of project management in large, transformational projects
