Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) BerlinStart: April 2020
Duration: 12 months+
A large client of ours in the music entertainment industry is searching for a Senior Project Manager to start in early April. Working in this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for leading internal and external project teams and will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects and programmes.
With the experience you bring, you will work with the PMO to improve and maintain current practices and ways of working.
Responsible for:
• Leading programmes and projects
• Creating project timings, managing alignment and approvals
• Taking an active role to lead cross-functional teams to effectively meet targets
• Managing external stakeholders
• Providing detailed forecasts and reportS
• Hands-on and solution oriented mindset which includes identifying driers for improvement
• Working closely with the PMO and offering continuous efforts to improve PM standards and processes
• Supporting fellow management with their project portfolio by providing accurate reliable planning and forecast and helping the portfolio manager with estimations, assessments and impact of decisions on a portfolio level
Your profile:
You are a proven problem solver in complex environments with experience managing stakeholders (internal and external) and their requirements. Communication is effective at all levels when discussing with technical and non-technical teams. You should clearly be able to show your strong attention to detail and past-experience leading and completing complex projects.
Skills:
• 7+ years’ experience leading large software development programmes and projects
• Worked in an agile environment and has PMI/PRINCE2/SCRUM certifications
• Big Data and cloud based architecture experience
• Experience leading big project teams across multiple locations
• Cost awareness and budget ownership experience
• Top-class stakeholder management skills
