Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Test Manager Consultant.

Beschreibung:
The expected service is to provide expertise and consultancy support in the domain of Test Management to the T2S Programme and in particular to the team in charge of the T2S system readiness. The functional landscape pertains to pan-European post-trade securities settlement in central bank money, with CSDs and National Central Banks as primary actors.
This service aims at ensuring efficient and smooth acceptance of the T2S system under test. The service provided will include defining, selling and refining the test approach and methodology, detailed test planning and sourcing, and providing leadership on the tactical testing effort. Moreover the service will also cover the management of the system quality assurance effort across the entire Eurosystem testing lifecycle, from testing strategy review, through to test case preparation, execution and test outcome analysis, to coordinating and consolidating these same activities with customers and suppliers.

Main Activities will encompass management of and provision of:
- The test planning and organisation including sourcing/resourcing
- Test cases design derived from multiple sources such as user requirements, process models and system specifications
- Control and insurance of test quality to achieve the best system quality review, including risk evaluation of system defaults and the establishment of a formal system quality management processes
- Continuously and proactively identification of the essential elements for testing the overall system quality
- Test scripting and automation
- Execution and triage of test cases as necessary, combined with analysing and reporting outcomes
- Collation, summarise and analysis test quality metrics across multiple stakeholders
- Communication and coordination of test-related activities to multiple stakeholders
- Support test-related product and service evaluations, tenders and supplier management
- Evaluation, implementation and maintenance of the system and processes for the T2S system quality management systems and processes such as automated execution and defect management
- Business support during operational transition and stabilisation phases

Periodic travel within the EU may be required.

Quality related criteria (50%)
(a) Specific knowledge and experience of functional testing methods and practices (20%)
(b) Exposure to and knowledge of securities settlement, especially post-trade (15%)
Experience in management and coordination in complex environments (15%)

Einsatzdauer: 01.05.2011 - 12 Monate (fulltime)
