• Publish Status reports, participate in steering committee meetings
• Review Gaps & evaluate solutions architecture.
• Analyze the risk involved in the solutions.
• Validate the solution architecture from a recommended point of view with the experts in-house.
• Work closely offshore project manager.
• Drive Birlasoft best practice and processes during execution.
• Facilitate onsite & offshore co-ordination.

• Issue resolution and monitoring.
• Change requests monitoring and approval.
• Drive workshops for requirement discussion and possible solutioning along with customer stakeholders and Birlasoft team

• Single point of contact for day to day proceedings at onsite,
• Maintain Relationship between Alfa Laval and Birlasoft, act as a key client interface.
Skill Summary
• Knowledgeable in Infor Deployment Methodology (IDM). Should have handled projects through IDM
• Infor LN Project Management Experience
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, and conflict resolution.
• Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good in Project Planning & Cost budgeting
• Knowledge on MS-Project
• Prev. Exp in managing Servers and various OS flavors (Win/Unix/Linux) will always be a plus.
• Experience on ITIL framework
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication.
Principal Accountability
• Participate in the discussion - project delivery including project planning, resourcing, onsite-offshore co-ordination, resource loading and adjustments, delivery and quality milestones tracking, and customer satisfaction.
